To reduce illegal dumping and give the Nacogdoches County community an opportunity to properly dispose of unwanted tires at no charge, a tire collection event will be held in a drive thru fashion. We will only be collecting the first 600 tires.

What will be accepted:

• 19 inch tires or smaller 

• Tires without a rim attached 

• A maximum of 4 tires with a rim attached per household

What we will not accept:

• No tires larger than 19 inches 

• No off-road tires 

• No tires from businesses

Please adhere to what will be accepted and what will not be accepted in order for Keep Nacogdoches Beautiful to continue offering this program for free to the community in the future.

Collected tires will be repurposed into items such as playground mulch, running tracks, and garden edging!
