The Techcycle Saturday program provided by Keep Nacogdoches Beautiful offers a sustainable, volunteer based technology recycling option to the Nacogdoches community.

The Techcycle Saturday program would not be possible without dedicated volunteer support from civic organizations and businesses in the Nacogdoches community. A huge thanks to our event volunteers: Nacogdoches County Board of REALTORS®, The Nacogdoches Jaycees, Sigma Gamma Kappa, SFA NAACP, The KNB Board of Directors members, and SFA students from classes lead by Jamie Bouldin, SFA Career and Professional Development Director, and Dr. Dawnella Rust, professor of Kinesiology and Health Science.
ACCEPTED ITEMS
Computer towers, monitors (excluding CRT monitors), laptops, hard drives, printers, cables, mice, keyboards, DVD/VCR players, projectors, radios, telephones, cell phones, networking equipment/routers, copiers, fax machines, cords/wires
ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED
TVs, CRT Monitors, major appliances (i.e. washers, dryers, refrigerators etc.), cameras, small household appliances (blenders, toasters, coffee makers, vacuum cleaners, etc., ink and toner cartridges)
KNB DOES NOT ACCEPT TVS FOR RECYCLING
Box TVs may be taken to the Nacogdoches Habitat for Humanity ReStore for free. Other TVs may be recycled at Best Buy in Lufkin. A fee will be charged for TVs over 40 inches.
OTHER ELECTRONICS RECYCLING OPTIONS IN NACOGDOCHES
Staples, 4608 North St. Acceptable items include computers, monitors, laptops, printers and other items. Large items will not be accepted, such as items larger than a printer or computer monitors.
The Nacogdoches Habitat for Humanity Restore will accept electronics recycling, except for flat screen TVs.
